1. WHO WE ARE
pakiki.am is operated by [legal entity name] , 147/1 Hrachya Kochar Street,
Yerevan, Armenia ("Pakiki", "we"). Contact: hello@pakiki.am. By placing an
order on pakiki.am or through the Pakiki mobile app, you agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We sell children's footwear and related goods. All prices are in Armenian
drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees, where they apply,
are shown at checkout before you pay. We take care that product information
and prices are accurate; if an order is affected by an obvious pricing or
stock error, we will contact you and offer to confirm at the correct terms
or cancel with a full refund.

3. ORDERS
An order is placed when you complete checkout and is confirmed by email. We
may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, payment fails,
or an error affected the listing — anything already paid for a cancelled
order is refunded in full.

4. PAYMENT
We accept payment online by bank card at checkout, and — for deliveries —
cash or card to the courier where that option is offered. We never ask for
payment outside checkout or the courier.

5. DELIVERY
We deliver across Armenia. Delivery in Yerevan is free; delivery to the
regions is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are

6. TRY AT HOME (YEREVAN)
Where you choose Try at Home, the courier brings the selected pairs to your
address; you try them on the spot, keep only what fits, and pay only for the
pairs you keep. Pairs you don't keep are returned with the courier at no
charge. Payment for kept pairs is made to the courier by cash or card.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exchange or return footwear in unworn condition, in its original
packaging, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of delivery, in accordance
with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Consumers' Rights.
Defective goods are exchanged or refunded regardless of the 14-day window.

8. MOBILE APP AND WELCOME DISCOUNT
The Pakiki app may offer a one-time welcome discount on your next order.
Unless stated otherwise: the discount applies only to items not already on
sale, is issued as a single-use code valid for 48 hours, is limited to one
per device, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. We may change
or end the promotion at any time; a code already issued remains valid until
it expires.

9. DISCOUNT CODES GENERALLY
Discount codes apply only to the items and periods stated when the code is
issued, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.

10. PERSONAL DATA
How we handle your data — including data collected by the mobile app — is

11. OUR CONTENT
The Pakiki name, logo, photographs, and texts on this site belong to us or
our licensors and may not be used commercially without our permission.
Product brand names (Froddo, D.D.Step, and others) belong to their
respective owners.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the
extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses not caused by our
breach of these terms, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable
control.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are
resolved by the courts of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to your
right to apply to consumer-protection authorities.

14. CHANGES
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of
your order applies to that order.
